| Thank
you for finding and fixing the problem with my BCD (caused by work
done at another shop). We are fortunate to have a service center
like yours that goes over the gear closely during serving each year.
Annual service has always paid for itself to us, when we have had it
done at your center. As you said Rick, we want that buoyancy in top
shape, so we are not yoyoing around in Truk Lagoon. |

| Rick's
Dive 'N Travel Center has been the best!! All of the staff members
are wonderful, and I have met some really great people at Rick's. I
am going to miss all of you. Thanks for everything you have helped
me accomplish with my diving classes. By the way, Rick. I have now
been out on the boat many times, and it is official. I think all of
the staff members dock the boat better than you do! :) |

and the Gang....I really dig the Buffetese music on your "TAKE A
DIVE WITH US" page...great job!!! While I'm here, I want to express
how much I enjoyed the trip to Cayman Brac in July 2005. I can't
wait for the Cayman Aggressor trip for 2007. A whole week of Little
Cayman diving...does it get any better than that? Thanks for all you
do...Sandy, I can't leave without saying how much I am anticipating
my first dive on the Great Barrier Reef in Australia with you guys.
Y'all are the BEST!! |

| Rick,
What a wonderful time I had during the Underwater Crime Scene Class.
You, Jack, Danny and Jerry did a wonderful job. As usual!! As a
Emergency Response Diver I highly recommend this class to your
patrons. It is a great confidence builder and provides the
information necessary to perform the task of Under Water Crime Scene
Investigator. I don't know what Jack and Jerry are getting paid but
it ain't enough:)... Again kudos.... "Rita is that you??" |

wanted to let Sandy know that Tony and I had a good time in her
underwater photo class and picked up some great advice. It was a
beautiful day at the lake and we are very excited that we took this
class. I’m now a Master Scuba Diver and want to say thanks for the
cool "Rick’s Dive Team" jacket too! |

| Boy, I
bet you loved it when my wife walked into your store and said "help
me find something for Cole that he doesn't already have." I can just
see Tom eyeing the store like a hawk thinking "okay, what's the most
expensive thing we have?" Seriously, the scooter was a complete
surprise. The boys and I got into the pool with it Saturday and I
must say, it's absolutely THE COOLEST thing I've ever had! I found
myself going in circles in the pool saying to myself "this is so
cool, this is so cool." Sean Connery is back in the game. |

Thanks, Rick, Jack, Jerry, and Danny for instructing such a great
class in the Underwater Crime Scene Investigation course. We
absolutely loved the class! Even as non-law enforcement types, we
thoroughly enjoyed it and classify it as one of our favorite PADI
courses to date. This class is wonderful both to learn about what
the rescue/recovery divers do and to gain more diving confidence.
Which brings up another thank you: Thanks to all rescue and recovery
divers. Wow, we never realized what you went through! Thanks again
for such a wonderful class. |

| Rick, I
called Tom to thank him but I wanted you to know HOW MUCH we
appreciated the instruction he gave us. We did a 2 tank 100 ft. dive
and a 40 ft. dive in Cozumel while we were on a cruise. The equipment
they had to rent was "JUNK". We loved our new dive equipment that Tom
recommended and sold us. The Divemaster came up to us on the trip
back to the ship & told us that we were excellent divers. He
also said he
usually does not see this from Stateside Divers. THANKS FOR YOUR
GREAT STAFF & STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

| Rick,
I wanted to take a minute to thank you and your staff at the store.
Without you and the rest of the crew, I wouldn't have a place to
share my diving experiences with others and teach new divers. You
guys are always telling us how much you appreciate us as
instructors, so I thought it would be appropriate to tell you to
give your crew a big Thank You from me. I wouldn't want to teach at
any other dive center (not only in Arkansas, but across the US - you
guys are the best). SCUBA ROCKS!! |

We are
finally back home with all of our dive gear cleaned and stowed. We
are still marveling at how wonderful our trip to Fiji was. Can
diving possibly get any better? The Fiji Aggressor was, overall, the
best of the seven liveaboards we have been on with you. And Wananavu
was certainly a nicer hotel/resort than we had ever dreamed of
staying in. I want everyone, especially Jack, to know that I haven't
been on a kava bender since I got home. Thank you, Sandy, for taking
such good care of us, and thank you, Robyn, for making such great
arrangements.
ps. Tell Rick that we are certainly looking forward to the grand
progress through Micronesia with him, but he's got a hard act to
follow. |

my wife have just completed the Open Water diving certification at
Rick's Dive 'N Travel Center and had a fantastic experience. Our
instructor, Amy Ross, who was very professional and excellent fun to
be with. The Divemasters at Rick's were fun but professional all the
time. We made new friends and have already signed up for their
Advanced Open Water Course. Thanks guys (and gals) for our wonderful
time. |

| Robyn,
our
trip that you set up for us was great. The flight's were on
schedule & Banyan Bay was a very good choice for us. Great location,
nice facilities, Rico's had very good food and was about 50 foot
from our room. The diving was awesome. Will was the last one in the
water on a dive where we experienced feeding a group of nurse sharks
at about 65 feet deep. Before we were thru he had one under each
arm. I thought he wanted to bring one back home with us as a pet as
he kept the shark with him for about 15 minutes of the dive. The
weather was perfect. It rained a couple of times at night, but was
sunny and about 85 degrees every day. Between Ben and me, we took
about 6 rolls of film. I wish we were better photographers because
we took some awesome shots that simply didn't turn out. The blue
hole dive was really neat. I am not sure they have ever had a 12
year old go 135 feet deep with them. The Divemasters were pretty
impressed. The second and third dives on that trip were the most
beautiful of all the dives. We experienced turtles, eels, lobster,
king crabs, tarpon feeding on large compact schools of silver fish,
and yes sharks, and many many fish of all types. Thanks Robyn for
all your help in setting up this trip for us. If you have someone else going there
in the future, I would be glad to provide any information
you need. |

| I just
wanted to thank Dennis for being one of the most fabulous
instructors I could have ever imagined. I've had the pleasure of
being his student for both my open water training AND my advanced
open water class. He's incredibly efficient in his teaching methods,
and no one leaves an academic session feeling that they're still
unaware of how to handle a situation that might arise. The practical
parts of both courses at first made me very nervous, as I'm far
better with bookwork than practical application in most areas. But
he created a low stress, enjoyable atmosphere that was incredibly
conducive to our learning. He really LOVES teaching new divers, and
you can tell. He's an incredibly positive and uplifting man to be
around. I love everyone that I've met in Rick's staff thus far, but
Dennis has especially been a blessing, so I extend him an extra pat
on the back. Thanks for being such a spectacular person, and for
being such a wonderful instructor. |

Ross is the BEST. My daughter and I completed the PADI Open Water
Diving Course 07/31/05. We enjoyed the class and the other students
in our class were awesome. The dive masters on the boat were all
very professional and helpful. The whole experience through Rick's
Dive 'N Travel Center was without hassle and painless. Sandy and Tom
are great to deal with in the store. We plan on more training and
upgrading equipment as needed at Rick's. Can not wait to dive in the
ocean. |

| Robyn,
thanks to all of you, SOOOOO very much! We really appreciate all of
your efforts to make this such a great trip! You all have totally
exceeded our expectations and have really helped this to be an
amazing time in Bonaire! We just got a copy of your prior email
correspondence confirming us for the extra day, and we'll be heading
over to the airport tomorrow to get the change finalized. Again, we
REALLY appreciate what you all have done for us! Now, can you figure
out for us how we can stay permanently???? (just kidding--sort of!) |

Thanks so much for your help with the strobe.
I was kidding when I called you my financial advisor, but believe me
we have spent money on things that do not come close to meaning to
us what our trips with you guys have.
I'll let you know how it goes with the new
strobe. |

WHAT A TRIP! My wife, Kelly, and I had an absolutely fantastic time
last week aboard the Caribbean Explorer II with Ricks as she made
her way around Saba, Statia and St. Kitts. Major kudos go to our
trip leader, Dennis Barber and also to Rick's Dive 'N Travel Center
for a job well done. Dennis was the ultimate trip leader and made
everyone feel very much at ease all week long. Kelly and I would
highly recommend this liveaboard experience on the Caribbean
Explorer II to anyone who enjoys good food, good friends and great
diving! |

I
Just wanted to extend thanks to Jeff for the very beneficial class
and express how great the whole staff is at your store! I know I
have been in and out for many years, but never expressed how much
more enjoyable everyone makes the "entire experience". I would
definitely recommend the Navigation class to both a novice or
experienced diver. I consider myself a good diver with many dives,
(I’ve had great instructors) however, I never had to worry with navigating because of my
buddy. After all these years, I can now see how it will help me in
many other ways and I truly benefited from the class. We didn’t get
to fill out a course evaluation, so here it is! Thanks to all at
Rick’s Dive for a terrific "one-stop" shop! |

| Just
14 months ago I became a certified diver at the age of 50 by
purchasing a "Santa" special at Rick's Dive 'N Travel Center as a
Christmas present for my husband and myself, and on May 28-29 I
accomplished a personal goal by completing Rick's Master Scuba Diver
program. I could not have done this without all of the wonderful
instructors and Divemasters I've had the privilege of learning from
at Rick's. Beginning with my first Instructor, Tom Styles, and
ending with Sandy. I want to thank everyone that has helped me in my
goals to become an educated and safe diver, Tom, Chuck, Tony, Sandy,
Rick, Diane, Jeff, Jack and Amy. I have thoroughly enjoyed every
single class and have learned so much valuable knowledge from each
of them. There cannot possibly be a better place to learn how to
dive safe and have fun than at Rick's. This has been one of the
greatest experiences of my life and has opened up a whole new world
for my husband and me. We have made so many new friends and are
looking forward to continuing the fun with the wonderful dive
vacations Rick offers. Again, thanks to everyone who has taught and
helped me during the past 14 months. I will forever be grateful and
look forward to diving with you. Rick, I will proudly wear my "black
jacket". |
