Greenhaw did an awesome job and with our group and there were NO

my Open Water Dives the Staff at Rick’s Dive ‘N Travel Center was
great explaining the skills and what to expect which made me very
comfortable in the pool & Open Water. Also, everyone was very
professional, and made sure we all had all the training information
to be successful divers. |

| I just
finished the Assistant Instructor portion of the IDC (Instructor
Development Course) at Rick’s Dive ‘N Travel Center this past
weekend, and it was the most challenging PADI course that I have
taken to date. My Instructor, Jack Greenhaw was helpful and patient
with all of the students! He took time to always explain why we were
doing certain skills and was always ready to explain the “PADI” way
of doing the many various skills. Thanks for a challenging course;
The PADI Open Water Instructor is next. |

wanted to say thanks for the news letter. I look at all of the
classes being offered and can’t wait. I really enjoyed the open
water class; Jack and Richard did a wonderful job. I am so anxious
about the Florida trip and getting to dive again that I am about to

| Well,
it's been nearly a year since I left Little Rock and boy has it been
an interesting one. I've been diving in some of the coldest water
I'm not too sure I would have ever dived in before (41 deg F), and
seen some interesting things. I want to thank you and the rest of
the crew there at Rick's Dive ‘N Travel Center for the training I
received there. It has definitely helped me along my diving path.
I'm looking forward to the trip to Australia with you guys next
year. For now I hope you all have a safe and pleasant holiday season
and I'll see you on the water soon! |

I
wanted to let you know what a great job Tom did with the group on
the Thanksgiving 2006 Bonaire trip. When we had computer problems,
he came over late one evening to fix them and make sure that we were
able do our dives. But, it was the little things we
noticed...checking on everyone throughout the week, making sure
everyone got through customs/airport, making sure everyone got their
vehicles, even waiting (when we got back to LR) to make sure we got
all our bags before he would leave the airport. In every situation,
he made sure that everyone was taken care of (and made our trip a
pleasure).
In this day and age of big bargain stores, it seems that personal,
professional service is a thing of the past. Rick's Dive 'N Travel
Center is one of the exceptions, and people like Tom are one the
reasons we do business with Rick's Dive 'N Travel Center. |

| My
husband and I just returned from Ricks Dive 'N Travel Centers
Wakatobi & Bali trip and I wanted to let anyone know that it was the
most incredible place I have ever been. The diving was awesome with
the most incredible coral and colors that I have ever seen. The
resort was first class. We did not know anyone in our group except
Rick and Dennis prior to the trip and I have come home feeling so
blessed with the new friendships I've made from this trip. Bali was
wonderful and I cannot say enough about the people there who were so
gracious and nice to all of us. If anyone has any fears of going to
Bali, rest assured, you will be safe and taken care of. A special
thanks to Dennis for all he did for us and all the arrangments he
made to make this such a special trip. There will always be a place
in my heart for Dennis. Rick, you were a hoot and I hope you are
rested. You know you will always be special to me and I am looking
forward to our next trip together. Again, thanks to everyone from
Rick's and all my friends who made this trip a trip I will always
remember. |

wanted to send a quick note and tell you that we miss you guys in
Arkansas and after visiting some of the dive shops around here, I
can truly appreciate what a great operation you guys have there. If
we ever sell our house, we want to look at booking another trip with
you guys if you even remember us anymore.......now that I have
finished feeling sorry for myself, I wanted to again thank you guys
for all the training and help along the way. I do not think I could

| I am
writing this email to let you know my view of the Assistant
Instructor class I just completed at Rick’s Dive ‘N Travel Center.
From my first arrival at Rick’s I was highly impressed with the
store and the greetings I received. You all made me feel if I were
family. Jack and Amy are truly professionals and are highly
knowledgeable about PADI standards and scuba diving. Working as a
supervisor in a nuclear power plant I demand nothing but total
excellence and that is what I received from Jack and Amy!!!! It is
Instructors like this that makes Rick’s such a successful dive
center!!!! Jack and Amy worked tireless to complete the training and
stayed late to ensure that we had completed our task In the pool and
in the classroom. They also took in consideration my long drive and
set the class start time accordingly. If asked If there was any
thing I would change with the class I would have to say
NOTHING!!!!!! I am a better person for Having met Jack and Amy and
your Staff as well as a much better diver. Thanks for such a
positive experience!!!!!!!! |

I just wanted to tell you how great all of your staff has been to me
and my wife over the years. Your staff has been kind, encouraging,
very knowledgeable, patient, caring and fun to be with. We have only
been diving for four years, but through all of our classes and dives
we have never had a bad experience or a condescending word said,
either to us or among your staff and that is most impressive! The
ongoing support and friendships are fantastic. I know it may sound
cliché, but I can't say enough good things about your professional
staff. I believe what really sets you apart is that they honestly
care about their students, their fellow divers and they love what
they're doing. Rick you should be proud of them, I am too. |

brother and I just finished the Open Water course at Rick's. Brad
West was our classroom instructor and Steve Martins was our
Divemaster. They both did an excellent job, and we really enjoyed
the course. Dennis was our instructor at the lake this past weekend.

I don’t even know if you will ever see this … but on the off chance
that you might, my husband, Dave, and I took your beginners scuba
lessons and became certified last October. We just returned from my
very first sailing adventure ever and our first official ocean
dives. It was absolutely amazing – and the biggest reason is because
your people are so awesome. They took a “scardy cat” like me and
gave me a whole new outlook on life. Every single person Dave or I
have dealt with in there, you, Sandy, Tom, Angie, Brad have been
knowledgeable and friendly and never made us feel stupid for asking
questions. I just can’t say enough good things and wanted to say
"thank you" for doing what you do. |

I
recently took dive classes at Rick's Dive 'N Travel Center in North
Little Rock. My instructor was Jeff Bock. He made the class and pool
experience fun. I had always considered taking a dive class and I am
glad I did. When I took my open water dives, Jeff was not the
certifying instructor. There were two different instructors, Jeff
Eades and Brad West. They made our group feel at ease on the dive
boat and in the water. They along with two Divemasters, Jim, and
Kristie, made us all feel that we were in good hands. I would highly
recommend Rick's Dive 'N Travel Center and their staff to all
considering the scuba diving experience. This is sport and
recreation that the whole family can do together! The dive
experience opens a whole new world to you. You will not only see
things, that you have never seen, but meet neat people in the
process. I hope you all look into becoming a certified diver with
this facility and great group of people.
P.S. To the staff, thanks for all of the help and great fun! Hope to
continue with additional training. |

| After
taking my original scuba class at a store close to where I live, I
had no idea of the difference in diver training in central Arkansas.
I just finished my Advanced Open Water certification with Rick's
Dive Center and...what a
difference. I would have never thought there would have been such a
variance in diver training from one dive center to the other...boy
was that a mistake. Not only did I learn so much more, but the fun
and attention to detail made this a valuable experience for me, my
buddy and other class mates. Not only did I learn many valuable
experiences but had loads of fun to boot. Rick's staff makes the
diving interesting, fun, safe and exciting. If you don't take a
class at Rick's Dive 'N Travel Center, you will miss out on how a
professional operation should be run. Thanks so much to Chuck Socia &
Jeff Eades for a wonderful weekend. I'll see you in the next class.

recently completed the Rescue class with Ricks Dive 'N Travel Center
in North Little Rock. Sandy Carroll was the instructor for the
class. I highly recommend this class to any one that is serious
about diving, even if you have medical training of any kind. This
class helped me to learn how to access the situation, think, and act
on any given diving problem and, and how to respond accordingly.
Thanks to Sandy, Jim Bennett, Chuck Socia, and all the other
instructors and Divemasters at Rick's for making this class
thoroughly informative and FUN!!! |

was awesome!! I have always wanted to Scuba but actually have some
fear of the water and exaggerated my swimming skills to get into the
class. Amy encouraged and took great care of me. I literally would
