Note: This document is intended as a clarification on points of the manufacturer’s warranty and is not a warranty in and of itself. Please consult the manufacturer’s warranty in the appropriate owners manual or inquire with the Dive Center staff for specific’s regarding any additional aspects of the warranty.

TABATA USA warrants to the purchaser, consumer that the products of TABATA USA manufacture are free from defects, malfunction or failure to conform with this warranty found to exist within the duration of this warranty will be remedied by TABATA USA.

1 YEAR WARRANTY: Boots, Gloves, Knives, Lenses, Bags, Consoles and Jacket accessories.
2 YEAR WARRANTY: Computers
3 YEAR WARRANTY: Masks, Fins, and Snorkels
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY: Regulators and Jackets (on air seams only)

TABATA USA will provide free annual parts kits to the original purchaser provided the regulator is serviced annually within 30 days of the purchase anniversary date. The owner has the sole responsibility of providing technicians with proper documentation of annual service.
