All cylinders must meet/have a current annual VIP (steel),
VIP+ (aluminum, and hydrostatic tests (every 5 years). Cylinders not
meeting these requirements can not be filled at Ricks

Neck O-Rings are replaced annually during our V.I.P.
Inspection

A VIP or VIP+ must be preformed if the cylinder has less
than 450 psi (to check for rust, contamination or water)

Any VIP or VIP+ sticker that is not a nationally recognized
affiliation will not be honored

No credits for partial air fills or "top-offs"

There are no refunds

The user of the paint ball tank must sign a
Liability Release Form.
