Chili has many origins throughout the country, spiritual, legendary, cattle trails, sitting around the camp fire, Texas prisons etc., but no  other food has inspired the passionate following as Chili has over the years.  At Rick's we're whipping up a bowl that you will never forget according to........

"Chef Sandy!" 

While every person in every state claims their version of Chili is "THE ONE" -  beef or pork, with or without beans, with or without vegetables, beer or water, the arguments rage on and on!  But one thing is for certain - Chili contains secret ingredients with or without ground chilies, either a lot of the pure stuff or some of the "secret recipes" which go to the exotic extremes to be different! Either way, a good bowl of chili should make you want to hit the water (our pool will be open) especially if you perspire  which should increase your sense of well-being and soothe your soul.
