There are several areas around Lake Ouachita to explore

including:

	Several Sunken Boats & motors
	A School Bus & Volkswagon Rabbit
	Mountain Tops at the 25-40' Range
	Former Ricks Research Dive Sites
	Steep Ledges & Drop Offs

Come join us for a day of "fun in the sun" during our annual Lake Exploratory Dives. This is your opportunity to see other dive spots around Lake Ouachita that you can only access by boat. Not only will we explore some of these out of the way dive sites, but also a chance to help us find new ones. Get your dive buddy and come enjoy some of these great dive sites right in your own back yard. If you have a GPS , you are welcome to "Lock In" on some of these fun area's that are sometime hard to find just using land marks or triangulation. In particular, we will explore some of the current and former Research Dive projects. These area's have been mapped and staked with various projects implemented during class. This will be your chance to see other parts of the lake not associated with our regular training areas. Come have some relaxing fun, take some pictures and "LET'S GO DIVING"!! secret idea!!!! get a GPS to to remember where you're special places are located.

Bring all your dive equipment and meet at our dock on beautiful Lake Ouachita at the State Park. Ask for a map or call the store for directions. (501.753.6004) Don't forget to bring a camera. We will need to have a minimum of 8 divers for each of these excursions so sign up early for loads of diving fun. Non divers are welcome to come along as well. Again, Our boat departs from the Ouachita State Park at 9:00 am and returns around 5:00 pm. We recommend everyone to bring a dive flag, sack lunch, drinks (non alcoholic) hat, sunscreen and all your diving equipment including at least two full cylinders. A wet suit is recommended. Rentals for anything that you might need should be reserved in advance. Be sure to have a look at one of our previous Exploratory dives. You might be added to this group!
